Also, I&#8217;m leaving to go shopping at 3 a.m. Soooo, now I&#8217;m drinking coffee to keep my awakeness around. I will probably crash and burn tomorrow (today) at noon, though!!<br />
TG was wonderful!! Ate lots of yummy LEGAL stuff!!! Deviled eggs, turkey, broc/chick casserole, 7 layer salad, green bean casserole, slaw . . . sooooo good!!<br />
Wore a size 4 skirt I&#8217;d bought months ago for the first time.<br />
If I can survive TG on lowcarb, I can drop these last couple of pounds. I&#8217;d rather stay on plan for a few more tough weeks and get to my goal than cave in to sweets &amp; junk &amp; have to restart all over again.<br />
I think my ideal size is a size 4. I don&#8217;t have to be a 2. But a solid size 4 would make dressing a lot easier.<br />
Weight-wise, I guess that would be around 120 pounds for me. That&#8217;s doable. Anything under that would be odd.<br />
Today I was at 125. That&#8217;s even less than my old WW goal from 4-5 years ago. I know, will I ever be satisfied, lol?<br />
I&#8217;ve tried to be more careful about my portion sizes lately. That&#8217;s helped a LOT!<br />
I won&#8217;t freak out if I don&#8217;t lose anymore, though. It took me a year &amp; a half to lose 25 pounds. Slooooow going. I&#8217;m so glad I didn&#8217;t give up, though&#8211;even though I sometimes wanted to &amp; sometimes did go off plan for a week or so.<br />
They say nothing tastes as good as being thin feels. I know that&#8217;s true. Some stuff tastes pretty darn good, but the feeling of slipping into your clothes and knowing they&#8217;re gonna fit is priceless to me.</p>

My abs look better than they have in a long time&#8211;even since this summer! That&#8217;s what eating clean will do for you! My plan for today is to just eat legal stuff til I&#8217;m full. I can always bring some home.<br />
I&#8217;m so glad I haven&#8217;t had those raging sweets cravings like I had the past few weeks. I don&#8217;t know what that was all about, but it was rough!!<br />
ETA: Did bd workout for 30 min.</p>

I&#8217;m gonna try to eat as clean as I can over the TG holidays&#8211;time off is always a great time for me to lose. Plus, I know there will be lots of party food over the Christmas holidays.<br />
Two things I really want to do&#8211;see New Moon &amp; get these jacked up nails done!<br />
Need to keep up the z &amp; calla workouts, too&#8211;keep it firm!!<br />
ETA: calla hop busters 2 x60, hip exten 2x 40, situps 50</p>

Sat. was so busy. Ate bacon, eggs, cheese. Then had some finger food stuff at Cecil&#8217;s. Had about 3 chips &amp; dip, 2 fried pickle spears, some peppers w/bacon &amp; cream cheese &amp; the frosting off a piece of cake.<br />
Now it&#8217;s Sunday &amp; I am really worn out. Slept great last night. Slept late today. Finally have my dining room back.<br />
I&#8217;m ready for the calm &amp; relaxation of the holidays. Have to work Mon &amp; Tues (late, too) but after that I am home free!!<br />
Haven&#8217;t done much exercise this week. I need to get back to Calla &amp; Zumba about 3 times a week. I can tell I&#8217;m getting squishy in some places.<br />

Had the wings &amp; such tonight. Ate clean earlier except for a mini snickers &amp; 1/2 pack peanut m&amp;ms. I don&#8217;t know what it is about work in the winter that makes me crave sweets.<br />

I was boned tired when I came home, but I ate clean today save for a few bites of dressing &amp; a mini kit-kat&#8211;but that was good considering they gave me a full-on tg dinner at work!<br />
I am going to be soooo glad when this week is over. The long days til 5 are just wiping this ol&#8217; gal out. But the weekend is almost here. Yard sale &amp; finally getting all this crap out of the house. That will feel good.<br />
And a nice, hot bath will feel good, too. I&#8217;m NOT going to pig out on sweets tonight. I&#8217;m gonna drink some ACV with water &amp; get into bed!<br />
Maybe, just maybe I&#8217;ll do some calla. I needed to do a z workout today, but I am too tired.<br />
Ate: 2 fried eggs, mayo, tomato, cheese, bacon; 2 bites dressing, 2 bites sweet potato cass, cauliflower, chicken salad, cream cheese &amp; rotel, green beans; mini kit-kat<br />
I gained&#8211;am at 130. Can&#8217;t give up, though!<br />

I should take some peanut butter &amp; vco to work. Maybe that will help.</p>
<p>I am going to be so happy when the holidays come. I&#8217;m trying to take each moment as it comes, but it&#8217;s hard.<br />
At least I&#8217;ll have some money for Xmas. At least I&#8217;ve got a good idea of what lessons I&#8217;m doing. At least I have an awesome husband who understands. And a great kid, too!<br />
OK, staaaay positive!!!<br />
Ate: cream cheese/rotel dip, chicken salad, cauliflower, 4 chicken wings w/horsey sauce, 2 mini butterfingers</p>

Ate clean today except for a brownie at work. Finally semi-started the ol period. Not sure why I&#8217;ve been prone to sweet pigouts lately, but it needs to stop. Am going to make lunch stuff in a minute. This week is hella busy, but it&#8217;s a good chance to practice patience. If I can hold on til Sat., it will be aaaaall right. Eating clean &amp; working out will help.<br />
Don&#8217;t eat the sweets!! I know I&#8217;ve gained a good 5 pounds. I can&#8217;t let the holidays get the best of me!</p>
