Constipated again. It actually hurt today. I don’t know if it’s nerves or the diet or what.
I added cheese & fat stuff to my food today & drank aloe vera juice to see if that helps. What’s the point of being on a diet if you get constipated?????
I’ve been working out & eating right—maybe I’m not getting enough fat? That can’t be right, can it?
All I know is that I can’t go on like this for another day.
I even took a dulcolax (just one) & god knows how I hate those darn things! ![]()
But the good news is that I’m really toning up! Even the ol’ legs are getting back in shape! I wore a skirt today (that is a BFD, ok!).
