Lunch-Small bowl of black beans w/LC chicken wrap

Dinner-2 grilled chicken fingers; grilled veggies; 1 baked potato w/Smart Balance & lite sour cream

Snacks-90 cal snack pack; 100 RK bar

Exercise-Played ball w/DaisyKid; Jog/Walked 10 CC laps
